The Transition Coach - I'll help you reinvent yourself, your career or a relationship

I was born and raised in New York, went to college and graduate school in the Midwest and have spent the last 20 years working as a high tech marketing executive in Silicon Valley. On my gradual East to West journey, I've become a radio personality, a massage therapist, an accomplished musician, a technology lover, a motivational speaker, an energetic teacher, an experienced parent, an ace team builder, a creative problem solver and a good listener.

As a coach who works with people and relationships in transition, this multi-faceted background is a great asset. It's easy for me to climb into the world you're in now in order to join you on the journey of reinventing yourself, your career or a relationship. I provide accountability and support, challenge your assumptions, and inject my "cosmic sense of humor" into the mix when needed. As you evolve and emerge in the new chapter of your life, career or relationship I'll be part of the crowd cheering for you as you succeed.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (C.P.C.C.), and received my training at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Rafael, California. As a part of my commitment to mind/body wellness, I am nationally certified (N.C.T.M.B.) to practice acupressure, CranioSacral bodywork and massage.
